After three days of my 3-day Workshop—perception, method and assessment—we took to town, had an ice cream, and walked the marina.
Because the Dao is not only found in intensity and effort—
it is revealed in rhythm.
Expansion requires return.
Insight needs breath.
Yang must be met by Yin, or even brilliance becomes strain.
In the way of the Dao, “time out” isn’t laziness.
It’s integration.
It’s letting what you’ve received, or accomplished, settle into your nervous system, your choices, your next step—without force.
So if you’ve been pushing, consider this your reminder:
Step away for a moment. Taste something sweet. Watch the water.
And let balance do what willpower cannot. ⚖️
