My Thanksgiving Serenity: Reflection and Renewal

My Thanksgiving Serenity: Reflection and Renewal

Taking a mindful “time out,” I embraced the essence of gratitudeโ€”borrowing a leaf from my North American friends and celebrating Thanksgiving. ๐Ÿ‚

Playing catch up with controlling the unruly jungle of weeds and tending to finetuning the harmony of yinyang of my recirculating water dragon, I managed to get some joy adding some vibrant annuals to the garden in front of my office ๐ŸŒบ .ย  Rather behind but finally, revitalized our veggie patch with nourishment from past lives (compost, so its only plant life ๐ŸŒฑ).

Witnessing Kim’s triumphant return to his exercise routine, a mere three months post cardiac bypass surgery, filled me with joy. ๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™‚๏ธ Here on our outdoor gym deck, Kim is embracing life’s renewed vigor and I my daily practice.ย

Oh, and yes, he inadvertently got in the way of my practice… ๐Ÿ˜„
