My Thanksgiving Serenity: Reflection and Renewal

My Thanksgiving Serenity: Reflection and Renewal

Taking a mindful “time out,” I embraced the essence of gratitude—borrowing a leaf from my North American friends and celebrating Thanksgiving. 🍂

Playing catch up with controlling the unruly jungle of weeds and tending to finetuning the harmony of yinyang of my recirculating water dragon, I managed to get some joy adding some vibrant annuals to the garden in front of my office 🌺 .  Rather behind but finally, revitalized our veggie patch with nourishment from past lives (compost, so its only plant life 🌱).

Witnessing Kim’s triumphant return to his exercise routine, a mere three months post cardiac bypass surgery, filled me with joy. 🏋️‍♂️ Here on our outdoor gym deck, Kim is embracing life’s renewed vigor and I my daily practice.

Oh, and yes, he inadvertently got in the way of my practice… 😄
