MY PASSION IN TRADITIONAL WISDOM PRACTICES

MY PASSION IN TRADITIONAL WISDOM PRACTICES

Here I am practising my sword set taught to me at aged ten. I began my training at age four.

Traditional Chinese Martial Arts transcend the realm of physical discipline; they serve as conduits for the spirit.

The Shaolin Buddhist Monastery and the Wudang Daoist tradition are two of the most significant and renowned foundations of traditional Chinese martial arts.

I’m a proponent of both foundational styles. I am a practitioner of both, trained by the top Grandmasters in both foundation styles and a 7th Dan Level in the Southern Shaolin Five Ancestors Style.
