REST, REBALANCE AND RENEW: The Journey to a Visionary Life

After a three-week hiatus—two weeks away and another week plus overcoming a potent cold—I am back, rejuvenated and re-centred. As a professed introvert, despite the joy of meeting many wonderful new people and reconnecting with dear long-time friends, I need time to ground myself and replenish back my energetic frequency.

Part of my learning this week is that I must honour my nature and embrace self-compassion, understanding that nurturing my well-being is essential to fulfilling my mission and vision. Recognising that quality of life is integral to our journey, allowing us to pursue our goals with renewed vigour and clarity.

Thus, I spent many tranquil days in my garden weeding, and grooming the bush around Jiji our home—yes, with a pickaxe!

Now, revitalized and rebalanced, I am ready to forge ahead with renewed vigour, preparing to conduct another transformative Workshop—one that promises to be eye-opening, insightful, and truly life-changing. This workshop will lay the foundation for my upcoming transformative Course, designed to inspire profound change and unlock new potentials.

With the hard work in my garden complete, I can now revel in its serene beauty.

Come, walk the Dao with me. The Dao is the path of harmony and balance, a journey of inner peace and external harmony. Together, let us explore this path, discovering the profound wisdom and tranquillity it offers.

Master Boon🌈💜
