It is a privilege to be part of this school. Thanks to Grandmaster Yap's generosity to share his wisdom and vast experiences. It has enabled me to acquire these thousand of years of Feng Shui secrets and formulae. In fact the application of one of these formulae can generate quite a fast return of wealth, as seen through Grand Master Yap's experiences and most of us who have tried the formulae benefited too. The chance to come away with this “Million Dollar formulae” should not be missed and worth your time spent in this IPC.
Intermediate Practitioners' Course (IPC) is a very intensive Course that goes into detail on San He & San Yuan principals. The Course teaches knowledge on external landforms that play a major role as a determining factor to either enhance or weaken the Feng Shui of a premise; not so critical as for the urban dwellers but more so when you are dealing with bigger projects.
There is plenty of San He & San Yuan Killing Forces to consider. Also there are many San He combination formulae to learn here to enhance the best Feng Shui for the bigger house, factory, shopping complex, etc. The importance of the San He annual timing influences was stressed and taught in detail. Followed by San Yuan principals: how to derive Xuan Kong Fei Xing charts and method of analysis of the numbers, alone and in combination. The topic of changing Period and how to determine house facing was fully discussed. We learnt how timing comes into play to trigger events in San Yuan Fei Xing.
As for any knowledge-based study, understanding is important but application is even more critical; so pay more attention to case studies.
Personally I find that the Course is well organized from the study of external landform, derivation of formulae, from understanding to application, culminating in date selection; all are fully covered. On completion of IPC you can ensure you will acquire the necessary & sufficient knowledge and skill to become a confident practitioner to apply FS to benefit yourself and others.
